I believe it would be a flipper. One who wants to make a quick return, sell, and go find the next "hot" stock. They're not interested in the potential, pipeline, pending news. They are impatient and play the "momo." This is taking too long for their liking.

While the longs can wait, and we'll be glad we did. When this starts trending up, [as Arnold would say] they'll be back.
