UNQT is an investment company. This is the worst vehicle to choose for setting up investors for a ripoff. Any questionable move and you have shot yourself in the foot, . . . or worse.

As an investment company, UNQT must concern itself with how it is perceived by investors, . . . or its future as a developping company will be nil. It is not in UNQTs interest to have a RS or dilution. This just contradicts their business definition. UNQT wants to attract investors, not run them off.
