Whippoorwill Associates, Incorporated looks to have picked up 2,947,200 shares of ONEIQ recently in the market per an SEC 13Q filing made on Thursday. That kind of helps explain the stock's recent action. Perhaps they are working in coordination with Mr. Davner of Jordan Capital?
