Here are some facts, the company has no revenue. They have plans to be able to generate revenue but until that happens through completion of a merger or acquisition with another company that has a product or service to sell the stock will continue to drop.

You shouldn't worry about the stock price if you believe these things will happen, I am not sure they will happen. Hopefully it does.
