Sure - they have 31 mos of operational funding set aside, so there's no need to sell shares.

The increase in deficit is directly related to the increase in PPS, as pps rises, so do derivatives based on pps same with going down. This # will always fluctuate based on the pps..the higher it is, the more it's worth as debt...NO NEW DEBT has been added.

The AS increase is to fund the celebrity endorsements and will have restrictions on them at time of issuance. There's no possibility of them hitting the market unaware, as this hasn't even been signed off on by the Nev Sos office yet...not that I doubt they will, but there are still many steps that must be taken before they could go into the market.

The company is flush with cash, has operations funded for 31 months, almost unheard of in the OTCs and will not need to dilute sh value in order to pay bills.

What more could you ask for from a startup otc?

Also, they won't allow this to go below .01 and risk losing their QB status, as that would affect much more than just the pps.
