Always make sure to pay attention to the obvious information as well. IMSC has been hiring people for some pretty important rolls within the company over the past 4 to 5 months. One of the current listings is for "Director of Contracts and Program Management" and the qualifications are focused on one main organization.... ;)

Draft and negotiate commercial, US Government and International tenders, RFI/RFQs, contracts and proposals;Understand federal procurement trends and remain current;

Demonstrate successful abilities to negotiate contracts;

Minimum 7 years’ experience in contract management environment, negotiating and drafting of complex contracts;

Strong knowledge of the contracting regulations of the federal government/FAR;

Also under "Other"
Security Clearance required; Secret.

Everyone is alway complaining about not getting PR's.. MAYBE THEY ARE NOT ALOUD TO PUT THEM OUT!!!! Also I look at it like this if Nike or Apple put out a PR for every sale they got it would end up hurting the company because just like everything else the hype can only take the S/P so far. Glenn knew he had to put them out when he did to keep everyone around and talking. Now he knows the only PR's that matter are going to be the ones that change the game. Also they could be working like most government organizations do and might have already ordered the equipment and provide IMSC with a P.O. When any order is placed in my department at the University no matter the size everything is done with a P.O. and the payment is sent on the agreed date. Not saying this is for sure what happened but it would be more realistic and supply reasoning as to why they went ahead with production, and why we have not heard of a "BIG SALE."
