Thanks again. I was looking on the OTC website and it has sec filing status listed right below each ticker. I have no idea if those stats are up to date or not but some say current, some say delinquent, some say dark or defunct and the grey market ones say nothing. ECGA is listed as delinquent and has today's suspension listed already under company info so it seems up to date.

I appreciate your help and knowledge. That info will be very helpful in my future DD. Not all in pinkyland are scammy.
