I would love institutional investors to hop on board. However, they very rarely speculate, if at all. The price will need to be north of $5 and Nuvilex will have to be on the NASDAQ (Top NASDQ board) before that may happen. At least that is the general rule, but nothing is written in stone. That can happen faster than one may think. The pps will rise on difinitive good news.
