Charles Shirley is obviously running things but What does David green still do? He is listed as CEO has that changed and he is just in charge of the subsidiary- restaurant division? What ever happened to Jennifer Bogash is she still on the board too? Where would I find an updated list of corporate officers? The whole thing is now consolidated under 1 corp in Maryland now isnt it? and Charles Lance is forever gone? was he stripped of all his stock and it returned in the failed Rock Hill venture? What actually happened when Green retired or returned his 1.5 billion shares? was he compensated in some loan or paper notes?
