There is only one thing I can think of when I think about Manu Kumaran: I thnk he is "as loose as a wild cannon"! Who knows what might come out in all of this. Many of these battles are settled out of court. Maybe the attorneys will get together and make a deal. It would be best for Kumaran to come back in with the rest of them and get this project completed. IMO I don't think either side wants to get involved in a court battle.
