It is in taec filings nite trading was given 13g ownership to deal the company away or merge 2 million shares. Len amato is the preident of HBO films and ceo of taec and Levine is nite trading compliance officer two big time players. I am beting this is a done deal so I am holding I did not even sell when it went to .004 looking for that buck.
