ok--here is the clear picture not being seen---initially reed put out false pr's claiming unprecedented growth--made promises of a buyback--it got his pps going up and he dumped his shares into it--remember he de registered kmag in 2008 so that he didnt have to file 10q's and 8k's--his craziest pr claim actually came the morning of the suspension--sept 17th--it was full of huge revenue growth and projections etc--but sec suspended him...delisted to the greys.

now he cant dump anymore kmag so he goes with his planned mining venture--i know nothing about that--it may have been a legit effort--as months go on--his top shaeholders are putting pressure on him--they need to dump out of their holdings and he has plenty himself left to sell--so the merry go round starts up again--tweets and face book--more crazy false pr claims--form 10 coming-(except that its not)--but conveniently the pr's were vague and always had a scapegoat--(third party interference)--however the fly in the ointment was--new pump campaign didnt quite spark the buying interest that the inner circle had hoped for--it kinda went off the tracks and they took it too far--the original intent was get every one excited --sell off shares then blame unknown third parties for delays and hold-ups until no action and fade away--in the process tho--overworked and exhausted reed tweeted that the filings were submitted--and that was a bit too much--that is never going to happen--so now the inner circle is in the bunker trying to figure out what to do--they have left every true stockholder in the lurch--so in short--there is no scam going foreward--there never was a plan to keep this up--how many times can one claim the form 10 is right around the corner?--it was supposed to just fade away like the sept 18th pr--but reed got too cute by half--he listened to the wrong ppl--he's not social media savy enough to understand what he unleashed--and now we have this mess--train wreck of epic proportions, no one here even able to defend him at this point--the starters are gone and the bench is just not that bam deep-oh--and to your point and question about all of the money he spent on audited fins etc--well thats easy--he didnt--he only said he did--notice no one on here can show what firm was supposedly doing the fins--it never happened--e
