It wasn't that much conversion. What's more the lawsuit is settled and they got off cheap. TBEV is writing small promissory notes relative to other penny stocks with billions of shares outstanding. And, they have an investor willing to take up to 8 more notes at a discount to help finance the company. Wait for July/Walmart news. This could fly. Some conversion, but not much to worry about imo.
