I am no attorney , but to own shares and be handcuffed without being able to buy or sell while others buy or sell freely seems unfair . Doesn't matter if stock goes up or down. Doesn't feel right. Not sure who would be liable, but I think I have some recourse here, as do others I see? Suggestions?
