By the way folks, something also to keep in mind here, Manu was removed from the COB position and replaced by Kop, obviously from a vote of the BOD, and he was then removed as CEO and replaced by Jake.

But he was still on the BOD and had his 10 million preferred, he resigned off the BOD by his own free will, he could have stayed on the BOD if he wanted, but he left.

He was removed as COB on June 9, he resigned from the BOD on June 19

On June 9, 2014, Charles Koppelman, a director of the registrant, was appointed to be Chairman of the Board of the registrant.
