Bubba, my "facts" are spot on, and my understanding of history is clear.

The FACT, is that you selectively edited the April news release:

We are pleased to announce that we have received a firm written offer from a group of well-known and highly qualified Peruvian mining experts to immediately commence development of the entire Altos de Lipangue properties. Medinah has until June 9, 2014 to accept or reject the terms of this agreement.

The "experts" obviously made the offer we accepted.

The language immediately following applies to parties who either did not make an offer or made one Medinah didn't like:

Additionally, there has been accelerated interest in the Altos de Lipangue project with major and mid-tier mining companies actively expanding their knowledge of the property, predominantly in light of recent discoveries at the LDM/NUOCO mining projects.

There will be NO NYSE "Major" signing up at this early stage of the Medinah game, yes, it is COMPLETELY far-fetched, so please quit making things up. Majors are generally interested in proved resources, not embryonic ventures. Until we've got industry standard National Instrument reports, we got bupkis, Bubba. Baby steps. Let our guys get out of the way and let's let someone capable of proving our property do their thing.

If BP was actually in the market and found the Perez satellite study compelling and feasible, they would have followed up on this SEVEN AND A HALF YEARS AGO, when the report was issued. They wouldn't have let a clown like Ulander usurp their position.

Bringing up AC Howe and Gordon House does little more than remind us of past failures and disappointments. Let's just wait until we know what's going on before we get ahead of ourselves.
