Would I buy 50 Million shares at .0001??

If I get the opportunity to execute that transaction......I will.....

WHY???

1. As I type this post, IRAQ is disappearing into history......The SUNNIs and SHIITES have been fighting each other for centuries....they will breakup the country......INSTANTLY-- 15 million barrels of daily production is now VERY UNSTABLE.....

2. A barrel of oil may hit $140.00 sooner than later

3. Russia is not reliable

4. Venezuela has collapsed, they just don't know it yet...

5. A gallon of gas here in the mid Atlantic may hit $4.75 this summer....

YES, its yet another hail Mary play but....being the eternal optimist....

IF and thats a BIG if.....PEII can bring strong production numbers....WE can survive and thrive after a 100:1 R/S

I'm all in...and NOT SELLING....period.....
