just tried calling them now, but their "systems are down,"
so they said to call back in 20 min, which i'll do.

in this case, there is only a 630m share diff btwn AS and float, so not many insider shares to leverage via the W trade dilution scenario, without bumping the AS.

the shares i worry about more are Kistler's shares already in the float (issued to Kistler, ready for sale at a moment's notice).

time will tell how the cards will fall...
