Lots of panic, but this seems to me extremely possible, that this is being done to get the necessary shares allocated to the company to complete merger. It's a crapshoot, but too much good about ACLP IMO. This has to be heading towards resolution with the no bid. Lots of longs here, best wishes to everyone who hung in there, let's hope rewards are finally close.
