My point was, name and ticker change has been coming for months and I have seen plenty of excuses for why. Let's just pretend that this company was for real. There are two other companies actively pursuing refineries in Green River. And not the mini refineries that ORFG is talking about. Real refineries with real money. There are legal hurdles, environmental hurdles, and political hurdles. Emery has been working on this refinery for over 6 years. It is just in the beginning stages of approval. With the track record of ORFG they don't have the resources or the ability to navigate these obstacles much less compete with the real players now entering the region. You can see the progress and approvals as they are public record for these other companies. No such records exist for Bakken or Orofino.
