EFTB appears to still own 10 million shares of CTX Virtual Technologies -CTXV. Those shares show little if any value on EFTB's financial statement. The shares were written down to nothing because they were seldom traded. CTXV currently trades at $1.50 Bid and $1.75 Asked. Currently, EFTB's investment in CTXV carries a market value of $15 million. The Market value of all of EFTB's shares is less than $1 million. I have heard some good things about CTXV with sales this past year of around $175 million and projections for next year of around $300 million and several significant new products coming to market. I know the president of EFTB has the proven ability to lose several million dollars of company assets each year, however if the investment in CTXV proves out as it seems, he may have another $15 to $20 million to squander. This should keep EFTB in business for another 4 or 5 more years. GO CTXV!
