But then again, common sense and logical thinking show that the only one holding this up at this point is Duncan Reid himself.

If he truly was the target of a massive conspiracy and cover-up, as claimed by longs here, then he would be trying to make that public along with getting information out that KMAG is still in business and successful. He can still post up the audited financials on Facebook quite easily.
