"Considerations", a new expression meaning rethink offers or discussions. I believe we have real propositions for our patents on the table NOW; we also likely had one in late January, just before the "whatsapp" acquisition. As a result we likely said we need much higher offers. perhaps rejected the offer or direction.
Likely we haven't achieved a biding war but NOW we have different types of offers/propositions; maybe someone ONLY want's "Intercept" while someone else want's one other only, etc.. We also recognize we need to keep Emil satisfied if not happy. So now we've given ourselves to July 3rd to figure this out and recognize that we may have to provide notice to have a meeting subsequent to July 3 to discuss the ramifications of the offers to persons outside of the formal organization. My read says we have monetizing propositions on the table, NOW!
