I haven't been following since the news on Fri. but I thought it was because the share price was not high enough above psr.I also thought that it was CPUS wanted out wich led me to believe that the Simons numbers were bad. Maybe things aren't as bad as I thought,we shall soon see with the Simon numbers. GLTL
