Herbie I agree with your post totally, but a PR firm getting the PPS up artificially or not, isnt a bad thing, most companies have PR firms to do exactly that, alot of ceo's or owners do not know how to run a publically owned comany, you can't run it the same as if it were private, you have to let the shareholders know every move so it can reflect in the PPS, the share price in a company usually reflects "potential" and if we don't know whats going on, the PPS will dwindle and dwindle, thats where the PR firm comes in, to keep us informed so we don't panic and sell off! This in my opinion is not a bad thing.
