Good observation ema,

Now, if you look real close, you'll notice I haven't blinked yet. lol.

I know what I'm thinking... this is as close to a no brainer as you can find in this price range! And I'll agree, if your flipping, it may be hard to know what to think. But I'm in now because once they get traction, it will be hard to catch!
