Well Moon, and TJS you're both drifting away into la-la-land, which of course is fun and all, but both of you are missing the plot.

Look at the big picture and fill in the gap(s).

Moon:

Vivint could acquire S3D? cmon, why drop so low?
(reasoning lower)

TJS:

cleansolar? Great! a successful business... so is SUNworks.

Rewind to Oct. 2013. What was SLTD? a firm burning cash and an idea.

What was SUNworks? a Firm making money.

SUNworks never needed S3D in the picture to be successful, it already was making money and would have continued growing organically without SLTD. YET!!!! SOLAR3D BOUGHT SUN!!!
What the hell....
What was the bait? 27million shares of a stupid penny stock? I don't think so.
Vivint ought to pray that we buy them out or they will go belly up. However, to be honest, (because I tend to lie), why would we need vivint? they don't bring anything to sltd that we cannot do ourselves. S3D needs to fill gaps in the solar system.

cleansolar is no doubt a company similar to SUN. The only difference between them is geography. Not enough to impress anybody. No R&D, no nothing.

Solar3D is missing 2 pieces od the "solar system puzzle". One of them being the "inverter piece" which I expect to be something JN is focusing on. (The other being storage.)

2 months ago I wrote how SCTY needs to fill in their gap, which was R&D /manufacturing. This past week confirmed my point. It was too obvious.

What's too obvious today, is that SCTY CANNOT be the lone soldier in the US installing/leasing solar systems.
They need serious competition, and I think I know who might end up being that competitor. :P

oh yea, ill follow up with you both about how LDS mixes into all of this...

take care amigos.
