I would think that if no deal is struck by July 3rd, they would be smart enough to put out a press release stating that they considered but rejected an offer that they felt wasn't worth the value of their patents. And of course, if they could state the dollar amount, that would be even better..... But, you all know, there's that infamous NDA.
