There are positives and negatives in every situation, my friend.

But, to deconstruct without a construct results in "de."

I know the date--if you read my post carefully, I placed the prefix "up" next to my request to hotpennystocks.com

WHO would be my best guess without having inside knowledge.

If they are relying on shareholders, then they certainly aren't making much. Some days we have only 500 shares traded. I do know, according to the last 10k, an insider is providing a great deal of expense to keep the operation going--and, without his open checkbook, the operation would have been on shaky ground.

Keep in mind that management owns 60% of the company as per the last 10k.

Anyway, I am not worried. I do, however, hate waiting.
