If they are trying to become current and cusip change along with other things . I would predict they turn in all paperwork needed early to make an impression and to show they aren't a fly by night group . I personally think once they are current that news will come out via PR about every 10 days with all they have ahead of them . Some things have been pointed out by the CEO but much much more is to come we don't know about. After all they have been waiting and working on things for 2 years! GO INCC FOR YOU FOR US FOR ALL!
