Bottom line is that the SEC along with NITE and anyone else purported to be involved in NSS here, simply don't give a rats ass what a pos suspended grey like kmag does or doesn't do.

If jr has audited fins, publish them in a pr like a reputable company. Nothing preventing him from doing this.
