I would say that all three you referenced are way over valued. But the pink market value is based on potential.

ERB$ has an O/S over 3 billion and a market value of around 95 million. Their revenue is declining and not even remotely close to the current revenues of Signifi.

Given the example you showed then UNGS by every standard should be valued more than ERB$ easily. I would say at least 3X ERB$ current share price. But, that all depends on how much potential people see in UNGS. I see much more here then I do in ERB$. All My opinion.
