The ONE thing I'm looking for is the Uruguay deal. Remember they pay up front with anything they do. That assures investors that dilution is not on their agenda. The thing we need to look at closely is how that country is going to have sales done. Individuals-companies-or is it going to be done from the government.
If our JV in that country can win favor from that government and get some deals inked it would be in the millions! Up front cash! Instant leader in the sector! .50-1.00 in days!
