I have received all of my certificates. I feel there is a big difference between receiving a piece of paper in the mail and receiving the money for them. I have been pretty negative towards PVEC. It's hard to watch thousands of dollars dwindle away. I will put no more money in but also have kept all my shares. I truly hope you, COKid and some of the others are correct about news and a turn around of PVEC. I will try to not say anything else negative until they have proven themselves one way or the other.
