First and Most Important Part : there are no operations any longer ; the Former CEO Stepped Off . Robert gowans was appointed to New CEO ( gowans consulting ) . he is searching for a new company for the shell .a decision will be announced at the annual meeting in some Weeks ( guess / dont know excact date )
