not for months on end, maybe if its a thinly traded stock and there was huge volume and mm's cant deliver in time and just run a little late delivering the shares. while that happens they may show up on the threshold list BRIEFLY. other than that, when would it be legal to naked sell a stock for months on end with no intention to deliver. maybe im not such a rookie after all. huh?
