Potentially. We won't know until after the 30th at the earliest. Some fine folk on this board and on some others have done the math and it does appear that we should get a final one. But because a lot of the settlement numbers are still unknown it's kind of up in the air.

Most people are expecting to hear something on the 30th or right after, but it just says that the 30th is the earliest we will find out. It may take longer.
