Patent infringements are probably occurring at a constant rate in regards to myecheck, but if I was in Eds position I would build up my company, revenue, and reach in the industry prior to chasing after the big fish.

It takes a lot of capital to win litigation with such colossal companies. Ed is a very intelligent individual from what I have gathered and I believe he's smart enough to build prior to taking them on.
