Yup, yes it does. I hoping that when the IR calculation is done and they are out of the picture, APT retires those shares and then some (about 580mil shares). Then, APT retires out 1bil shares that were a result of the dilution.
As time goes by, paying down [or off] debts, signing contracts, etc. --- essentially steady stream of revs/profits; then do a "buyback" program of about 500mil shares.
Now, there would be about 2.5bil O/S and do a reverse split of 5/1 and now there's 500mil O/S! PPS would be higher, uplisting to follow, and "big $$ eyes" will checking in.
Ladies and gentlemen, we will now be entering the domain known as dollar(s) land!!
