No, you do not understand it. You think you do but your posts reflect that you don't. You said something to the effect of "with a reverse merger, our shares drop a lot" about two or three posts ago. Your referring to a reverse split if you talk about the shares being reduced.
In an earlier post I told you I myself am also new and have only been here for about 4 months.. So I know what I know regarding stocks and I know the amount of research I have done. So there are only two conclusions regarding your situation.. A: you haven't done as much as you think or say and need more research into the stock world overall, especially when it comes to volatile pennies. B: you have done that amount of research and aren't comprehending/absorbing the amount of information necessary to survive and become profitable here - in that case do more.
Whatever your situation, my DD here tells me to hold 1.7M @ .0001.. That's a nice profit waiting to happen.
