No Idea. There are a lot of suspicions to me with this company. Like why are there no Revenues at all for the entire year? Two quarterly filings, none of which have been published to the SEC for this year. None have been filed to the SEC since the company changed its name to Bayside Corporation in 2011. I don't understand why the company would not file anything to the SEC if it were a legitimate company with nothing to hide.

Surprising to me that they put out Gross Sales Revenue really because you can not find any type of revenue stream from this company at all until the PR on June 16th.

They need to update the SEC with their filings or this will get halted. JMO
