Dilution is dilution and markets DO NOT like CHEAP dilution!!

So PPS will go down as market cap needs to be the same as on Friday!!


Likely PPS below $9.00 again and may even hit $8.50!! over the next 2-3 market days!!

Reason why they posted after hours on a Friday!! BAD NEWS!!
