HARD assets in play, oil at $100.00 per barrel......

Did Floyd inadvertently make the SEC a co-conspirator in ripping off the investor community?
I'm not going there yet......BUT....
I've learned that after ENRON, WORLDCOM, Madoff, and the great financial collapse of 2008 (which triggered the great recession)--terrible cons can happen right under the noses of the regulators.....
For now, I will give Floyd the benefit of the doubt.....this S-1 reversal is so, so odd...... The collapse in the share price should have been foreseen by Floyd.......
Thank goodness NONE of us here bet the farm.....RIGHT??
