Facebook is an open global, social and business network. I don't think Ed posting hint's on his open FB page will be problem. Now, if MYEC was a closed group or giving hints through private messaging and or E-Mails this would be a problem.

If Ed had no MYEC FB, I could see this stock being even more undervalued and be around a penny. We are fortunate enough to have a CEO keeping his investors in the loop.
