Perhaps the name is off limits (maybe). So? The history of business in the US is filled with trademarks on names of things that can't be patented. Watch an episode or two of sharktank. If you don't have an idea that can be patented, the first company to bring it to mass market or the first big name that steals it will win. This now defunct group of innovators has lost the ability to be the first to market and GRCU can bring something very similar to market with zero challenge. It would be in the best interest of someone like Stanley to partner with a big name like Calkin and make money, which is exactly what I predict will happen.
