Take a look a Bayside Corporation slideshow where is states their short-term / long-term objectives at the following: http://www.slideshare.net/BaysideCorp/bayside-corp-2014
Short term means 12-18 months from what I gather and there is too much speculation for any long-term investor to risk their hard earned money.
What do you think the Robotic Vision segment will consist that BYSD suggests they have in the near-term horizon? BYSD management suggests investors will get updates concerning Media and Robotic Vision before the end of this year as per the slideshow.
Also, why does DZ Energy own 74% of the corporations stock with respect to BYSD? See the March Quarterly report that suggests Mr. Johnson's role with Bayside Corp...According to the quarterly report BZ Energy owns 19,904,757 shares of Common Stock and 1 share of Series A Preferred Stock held in a trust solely for the children of Mr. Johnson and his wife...Does this seem strange to anyone?
Some very interesting things to come for BYSD in the short-term with respect to Price Per Shares (PPS); however, the long-term investment risk is too great for the sound investor...
