The benefit as a long is the PPS...The sector is moving forward..(Eg. NY becoming the 23rd state)...Of course it may move as the Large Caps stocks do for abit , but because SKTO just got tapped by the SEC many traders will feel more trusting of their PR's...and for that reason I like this play.
