Hard to know what to make of this. Magee specifically says that they didn't order something else instead, so perhaps they are hoping to reuse some 90nm equipment instead? Or perhaps (since AFAIKS the new comes from the semi equip manufacturer) they are ordering something else instead, but the source doesn't want to admit it.

Can't quite believe that Intel are slowing down on the 65nm project now that they know they are up against IBM and AMD together on that process.
