KMAG has completed all required SEC/Form 10 tasks and is currently waiting on it's submitted contents to be made public.

It clearly states that it has been submitted. Edgar is automated, it should have already shown if it was in fact submitted like the Tweet says. There is no reason it should not show unless it actually wasn't submitted
