Well, both will send it to the US Attorney's office for prosecution. A singular prosecutor will present all cases. The SEC's case will the the least of worth to the AUSA and most likely not charged.

Also, contact the Nevada State Securities Division. Then start back tracking all the stock issuances in the past and determine the domicile of each shareholder. Contact each state security regulator. My guess is this stock is not blue skied in any state.
